REGISTRY- HOW TO?
At The Italian Dish we offer you more than one option when it comes to registering at The Italian Dish.
We welcome you to fill out your own registry using our website. Before we place your order, we will contact you to be sure you are happy with your selection and are ready to proceed. Once the merchandise has been ordered, any changes to your registry may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Registered brides recive a free Incanto Amore plate.
We offer all brides a 10% discount on any items left on your registry after the wedding. This applies only to in stock items, and special orders will be charged full price. The discount is valid for 60 days after your wedding date.
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is store credit or exchange only. We do not give cash refunds. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a sales or gift receipt. Returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of your wedding date. If something is damaged in shipping, please keep the packaging materials and contact us and the shipper. The claim will have to be placed with the shipper but we are happy to assist you with the process.
All purchases will be gift boxed and bagged in our Italian Dish bag with tissue and ribbon at no charge. We will also offer your guests the option of gift wrapping in our solid green craft paper with our signature ribbon for a $5.00 per box fee.
We carry the full offerings from all of our vendors; however not all items are in stock all the time. Traditional ceramics may take longer to receive as these items are made by hand and come direct from Italy. We keep a sample display of the glassware, flatware and table linens in stock so you can see and feel the product, but these items are always a special order. All special orders are final sales... no returns or exchanges can be made on these items.
