Shipping & Processing Charges
Internet order processing includes item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping and delivery occur only on weekdays. Shipping & Processing charges are subject to change based on the following:
Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon EST.
Two-Day Delivery
If requested, add $10.00 to the standard shipping rate. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon EST. Please be aware that two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon EST, Friday , Saturday or Sunday will process on Monday and should arrive in two business days after shipping. Some items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service is not available for all zip codes.
Free Standard Shipping & Processing
If your order totals $150.00 in merchandise before tax you will receive free standard shipping and processing. Gift certificates do not qualify for this offer.
International Deliveries
At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations.
The following Shipping & Processing costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are expressed in US currency.

Drop Ship Items
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Two-day and overnight shipping are not available on these items. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order.

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy is to accept merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Items returned after 14 days may be subject to a reduced credit if not in its original packaging. We will notify you via email once your merchandise has been received and a store credit has been issued.  The Italian Dish does not offer any cash refunds, items can be returned for exchange or store credit only.  Food items are all final sales.  Shipping & Processing charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as the order status is “in process”. If your order status is “shipped” it cannot be cancelled. A 30% restocking fee may apply to orders cancelled 30 days from the original order date.
Prices and Availability
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item’s price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and let you know what happened.
